This Romney Silk blend is a delight to work with. Both fleeces were grown with love by our Romney wethers Haggrad and Peeves. (I know, the grand kids named them) 20% silk was blended with each fleece and then they were carded into a side by side format, resulting in a shaded roving when they are dyed and a heather look yarn when spun.
Haggrad donated the grey and Peeves donated the white.
